  • 4. “Let us remember” that many who are first shall be last, and many who are last shall be first.

Most believers do not take this scripture seriously, and the majority fail to recognize that they may become last, heading toward judgment and destruction due to a vain faith. This is because they attempt to serve God alongside the world and material things, following vain teachings and beliefs that forsake God’s holy will and grace.

But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first (Matthew 19:30,).

Behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last (Luke 13:30).

The path to salvation is narrow, rugged, and filled with tribulation, persecution, and sacrifice. It is not a path of pursuing happiness, desires, and ideals to live a life enjoying all that one wishes to enjoy, but a path that can only be trodden by sacrificing all of one’s desires, ideals, hopes, and values. Thus, the path to salvation is not a broad and smooth road of serving God alongside the world and material things, but a faith that follows great tribulation, suffering, sacrifice, toil, and tears—praying over the sorrows of the poor, cultivating a heart united with the love of the cross, and uplifting one another in service and compassion.

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:13-14).

The fundamental purpose for which God created humanity is not, as it is today, to fill their own bellies and live well, eating and prospering. Rather, God created humanity to give glory to becoming His children, resembling Him. In other words, He sent the love of the cross to this earth to create children of the source of love, resembling God, who is the source of love. God is the source of love. Therefore, the love of the cross is the divine nature resembling God, worthy of becoming His children, the evidence of salvation and resurrection, the path to becoming children of salvation, the truth, and the life. Thus, salvation without love cannot exist, faith without love is dead, and a spirit without love is a lie—a detestable spirit masquerading as God by Satan, a deceptive prophecy, tongues, and anointing disguised as Christ by the devil.

The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, is the divine nature that comes from the source of love united with a beautiful heart of uplifting, cherishing, and serving one another in the acts of feeding, giving, and caring through charity and service. It exists only in those who bear the fruit of a loving heart, a merciful heart, a joyful heart, a gentle heart, a kind heart, a peaceful heart, a temperate heart, a patient heart, and an obedient heart combined. This Spirit can never exist in those who pursue only their worldly desires, ideals, satisfaction, and cravings, because those who follow the world and the flesh cannot possess the love that cherishes and serves others as themselves, as the highest law and commandment require.

Instead, due to their self-interest, envy, jealousy, hatred, lust, pride, lies, and strife inevitably repeat. Therefore, only those who abandon all their ideals, values, hopes, desires, and cravings, and follow the holy will of God by feeding, giving, and caring for the poor and pitiful brethren and neighbors through charity and service—uplifting, cherishing, and serving one another with the love of the cross—can possess the divine nature worthy of becoming God’s children and the love of Christ worthy of leading to salvation, which is the Holy Spirit.

Thus, the path of following the love and sacrifice of the cross is long, treacherous, and accompanied by a lifetime of tribulation, toil, and sacrifice. It is a rugged path, useless to those who, as modern worldly churches proclaim, pursue their own fullness, success, and happiness. It is merely a faith and belief used as a tool to achieve their dreams and ideals.

Due to churches and shepherds who have stolen the tithes and offerings meant to feed the sheep, relying solely on words and theories, countless believers uniformly fail to cultivate a heart bearing the love of the cross that resembles God, worthy of leading to salvation. Hence, those who were first become last, heading toward destruction and judgment. These are faiths and beliefs that pursue only worldly desires, satisfaction, ideals, and cravings, corrupted by attempting to serve God alongside material things—faiths that believe in God to achieve worldly desires, satisfaction, and ideals alongside the world.

The evidence that one is “to become last” lies in their prayer. All those who pray for worldly desires or seek their own ends under the guise of God’s will, regardless of rank or status, offer vain prayers with a faith once first, yet destined to be last at judgment. These are people who put forth only words and theories to shame and dishonor the blood and sacrifice of Christ who died for them.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever (1 John 2:15-17)

Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed (John 6:26-27)

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God (James 4:3-4)

Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath (Romans 2:6-8)

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? (Matthew 6:19-25)

But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows (1 Timothy 6:6-10)

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD. Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind; thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free (Leviticus 19:18-20)

He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me (Matthew 10:37-38)

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword (Matthew 10:34)

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division (Luke 12:51)

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints (Ephesians 5:3)

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things (Matthew 6:31-32)

And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you (Luke 12:29-31)

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof (Romans 13:14)

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself (Romans 14:7).

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth (1 Corinthians 10:23-24).

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved (1 Corinthians 10:31-33).

Therefore, the prayers of those who abandon the love and sacrifice of the cross, pursuing their worldly and fleshly desires, satisfaction, and ideals, are vain prayers that cannot be offered up to God. Rather, they are a vain faith and detestable belief where Satan, masquerading as God, answers those prayers, leading them further into deception. All prayers seeking desires, ideals, and hopes for their own benefit and gain prove that they belong to the world. Thus, those who seek perishable desires, satisfactions, and cravings rooted in the world and the flesh are led by the spirits of the world and the gods of the flesh that operate according to what they seek. These are their prayers, their worship, their shepherds, and their congregations.

Still we have looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble! (Lamentations 4:17)

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God (Luke 9:62)

Those who seek the world are led by the god of the world, those who seek material things by the god of material things, those who seek greed by the god of greed, those who seek lineage by the god of lineage, those who seek affection by the god of affection, those who seek carnal desires by the god of carnality, those who seek knowledge by the god of knowledge, those who prioritize theories by the god of theories, those who lie by the god of lies, those who steal by the god of theft, those who envy by the god of envy, those who dispute by the god of strife, those who hate by the god of hatred, and those who are proud by the god of pride—these are the churches and the world where they operate. Thus, the prayers of those who pursue worldly desires, satisfaction, and ideals, ununited with the love of the cross sent by God, the source of love, can only be answered by Satan and demons according to their greed. Consequently, the true tongues of Christ have been corrupted by countless churches, pastors, and believers today into sorcery operated by Satan masquerading as God, shamelessly accepted as true tongues—an utterly absurd phenomenon. Despite the countless churches claiming to be God’s temple and the shepherds claiming to be God’s pastors numbering in the thousands or billions, not a single one reveals or awakens others to this truth, because they too serve God alongside the world and material things, already led astray by Satan and demons, the gods of the world and the flesh. Hence, those who were first become last, heading toward judgment.

The trend of Satanic tongues masquerading as God’s tongues, easily heard in churches today, is increasingly spreading. Churches abound with detestable testimonies under the guise of God’s grace, and religions and churches propagate only lies, pride, and vile miracles by filthy demons under the pretense of God’s gifts. They place worldly teachings and emotions in front, calling them God’s Word, grace, and wisdom, but these are detestable worldly success uniformly block the gospel of Christ that cultivates a heart resembling God (divine nature) worthy of leading to salvation through the love of the cross. And a vain sermon that teaches worldly emotions as God’s holy will and grace, an enmity against God. This stems from churches and shepherds who steal the tithes and offerings meant to feed the sheep to fill their own bellies and selfish desires.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works (2 Corinthians 11:13-15)

Then came there a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee (2 Chronicles 18:20-22)

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron (1 Timothy 4:1-2)

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect (Matthew 24:24)

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error (1 John 4:1-6)

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan (Revelation 2:9,)

Believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world (1 John 4:1)

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves (Matthew 7:15)

Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil (Romans 16:17-19)

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not (2 Peter 2:1-3)

Today, countless believers and shepherds, unaware that they are heretics, children and apostles of Satan and demons, are gripped by ignorance and arrogant pride, teaching under the guise of the Word. Most of these are sly individuals who prioritize teachings and standards that rationalize their shame and sins, neglecting the duty to keep and practice the Word among its many commands. Their faith is a product of excuses to pursue their own comfort, family peace, happiness, wealth, success, and pleasure—an abominable faith that misuses God’s holy will under the guise of talents and missions to fulfill their greedy desires and cravings. Thus, they are the first ones—teaching and learning according to the principles by which Satan and the devil operate—constantly being led by Satan and the devil.
