  • The Deceptive Prophecy of Satan, Disguised as if it were the Prophecy of God, but Centered on Good Fortune, Success in All Things, Blessing, Prosperity, and Peace

Because they attempt to serve God together with the world and material things, following their own worldly desires, satisfactions, and cravings, this abominable prophecy appears among those who seek only their own gain. The purpose of clearly discerning and recording these characteristics is so that people will not trust in or rely upon the demons who preside over such abominable prophecies.

1. Satan’s Prophecy upon Pastors

The teachings of pastors who steal the tithes and offerings meant to feed the flock, in order to fill their own bellies and gratify their selfish desires, fall into two categories:

First, those who teach by making use of worldly lessons and inspirations.

Second, those who, disguising themselves as if they bore revelations (prophecies), use sorcery and divination to enthrone themselves through oppression and threats of curse and death, brainwashing and deifying their followers.

First: Those Who Teach by Worldly Lessons and Inspirations

These are the ones who teach by using worldly lessons and inspirations, but because they have acquired and learned them through their own intellect and head, and because their teaching is based on worldly common sense, wisdom, and knowledge, they can neither teach nor do they teach the heart that follows the love of the cross—that love which feeds, gives, and cares, and in charity and service leads to salvation, a love that reflects the heart of God in which people honor, cherish, and serve one another.

Instead, they pride themselves greatly in what they have acquired and learned through their own intellect, esteeming as prophecy things that have no relation whatsoever to salvation, wielding outward holiness and arrogance as their weapon. These are not walking in the true path of Christ, which forms in the heart the love of the cross that feeds, gives, and cares, leading to salvation through mutual honor, cherishing, and serving. Rather, they lead believers into a foolish faith, one bound to an endless cycle of sin and shallow reflection, by presenting worldly lessons and inspirations that only stimulate and inflame the worldly desires, ideals, and cravings of the saints—false faith and religion that heap up nothing but sin and greed, while claiming it to be the wisdom and prophecy of God.

This is the reality of conservative, large churches whose pastors, for fear of being branded as heretical, rarely or never teach Revelation, Genesis, or Ezekiel. Instead of teaching the faith of the apostles of Scripture, they teach the worldly successes of famous men that have nothing to do with salvation. Instead of teaching the content of the holy Word, they put forward the worldly hopes, consolations, and moral sayings of well-known figures, thereby proving themselves not to be of heaven or of God, but of the world—teaching those who belong to the world, and revering the words (sayings) of worldly men as if they were the Word of God.

To their congregations they give the impression that they are households blessed with great favor from God, or saints who have received abundant blessing, and they continually pray for prosperity for their members’ households. Yet this is nothing but the prayer of idolaters and pagansprayers that follow the desires, ideals, and cravings of the world and the flesh, birthing only sin and greed, and producing nothing that has any connection to salvation.

Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the LORD said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee.(2 Chronicles 18 : 20~22)

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.(2 Corinthians 11 : 13~15)

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;(1 Timothy 4 : 1~2)

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.(2 Corinthians 4 : 4)

Second: Those Who, Using Sorcery and Divination Disguised as Revelation (Prophecy), Enslave and Deify Through Oppression and Threats of Curse and Death

Secondly, based upon repetitive and meaningless satanic tongues and sorcery, they make it appear as if they are speaking revelations and prophecies. While concealing their own greed and lust, they present their words as though they were the holy Word of God, thereby deceiving the believers. This is nothing but abominable prophecy (divination), sweet words of flattery no different from abominable praise and deceit, leading believers to think of themselves as special saints greatly blessed by God, or as great servants who will one day perform mighty miracles and works of power.

The purpose of this is to draw people under their church and altar, so that under the pretext of being “missionaries” or “men of power,” they may enslave them as their own servants and slaves, coveting all their property and wealth, and using them as tools to increase their own power, fullness, and selfish gain. The common first method these people employ under the guise of God’s Word is always to present themselves as great missionaries, mighty men of power, or precious servants, and by putting forward the pretext of responsibility and mission, they lure others into serving their church and altar. Thus, in time, through the snares of offices and positions, they turn them into excessively loyal servants and slaves. This is their abominable prophecy.

Yet to those who refuse to listen, they employ threats of curse and death no different from the sorcery used by shamans, using oppression and fear disguised as the revelation of God, in order to covet their wealth. Such forms appear most often in smaller churches and are particularly seen among female pastors.

They treat sorceries and incantations that summon Satan and demons as though they were the tongues of God, and to fulfill their hidden greed and cravings they mislead believers with every base form of magic and witchcraft. They are called “workers of power” only in name, but in truth they disgrace the very power and glory of God.

The forms and very concepts of tongues, gifts, power, and “calling” that Christianity teaches and practices have nothing whatsoever to do with salvation, and no example of them can be found in the Word. Likewise, however plausible their pretexts and however sensational their conjurings and signs may be, their aims, standards, and essence are wholly different from the Scripture, and they offer no help or benefit in forming the love that is fitting unto salvation for the saints. Therefore, within today’s Christianity, the fruit of a true Christian can by no means be found.

And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.…(Ezekiel 13 : 1~9)

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you. For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it? Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly. I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.(Jeremiah 23 : 16~22)

Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.(James 5 : 19~20)

But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.(Jeremiah 23 : 17~22)

They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.(Psalms 17 : 10)

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD.(Jeremiah 29 : 8~9)

A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.(Proverbs 18 : 2)

Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed. And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them.(Jeremiah 14 : 14~16)

I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal. The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD. Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour. Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith. Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.(Jeremiah 23 : 25~32)

And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? thou shalt then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith the LORD. And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house. Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour, and every one to his brother, What hath the LORD answered? and, What hath the LORD spoken? And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man’s word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God. Thus shalt thou say to the prophet, What hath the LORD answered thee? and, What hath the LORD spoken? But since ye say, The burden of the LORD; therefore thus saith the LORD; Because ye say this word, The burden of the LORD, and I have sent unto you, saying, Ye shall not say, The burden of the LORD; Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence: And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.(Jeremiah 23 : 33~40)

The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail. For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.(Isaiah 9 : 15~17)

Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope: That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it! Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!(Isaiah 5 : 18~23)

And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch? The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother’s eye. For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.(Luke 6 : 39~45)

For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.(2 Corinthians 10 : 12)(2 Thessalonians 2 : 3~12)

Because they put forward only their own words and theories, they become ever bolder toward sin or take it lightly, using it as a pretext to rationalize and excuse sin. Their teachings and doctrines are false doctrines of salvation, forced manifestations of the Spirit, and vain claims of gifts; these are the beliefs they uphold. The common trait of those who possess satanic tongues and demonic tongues, or who claim to converse with God, is that they exalt nothing but outward appearances and empty pretenses. Thus, they are people whose prayers are clothed in hypocrisy, prayers centered on lofty causes and appearances alonethose who, despite grand words about nation and people, cannot even part with a ten-thousand won or a thousand won note to give to a beggar out of their stinginess. Such prayers are nothing but hypocritical prayers that put forward shells of noble causes, and such abominable prophecies arise among those who exalt the nation as a surface value while flattering and rationalizing their grand pretenses and causes that have nothing to do with salvation.

All of these outcomes stem from the beginning, when the tithes and offerings meant to feed the flock were stolen and turned into instruments to satisfy worldly power and selfish gain. Out of this arose the philosophies, worship, traditions, commandments, and doctrines of Christianity, which to this day have been developed, inherited, taught, and learned by those who put forward nothing but words and theories. And it is also because of the teachings and doctrines of those corrupted ones who, in pursuit of worldly desires, satisfactions, and cravings, try to serve God together with the world and with material things. Therefore, their faith is worse than that of those who have never learned, and their religion corresponds to greater sin than that of unbelievers who do not know God.

One of the methods most frequently employed by Satan is to put forward a pretext—called “talent” and “calling”—that leaves no place for practice and obedience, in order to evade the labor and suffering that follow the love and sacrifice of Christ. Any talent and calling that are not united with the love of the cross, which conforms us to God and is fitting unto salvation, are utterly meaningless; they are the working of Satan and the devil, falsehoods. They are the schemes and stratagems of a brood of vipers masquerading as shepherds—blinded by offerings—to induce the saints to serve the church and the altar all the more.

This is not the Word that commands us to serve God and our brothers as our own selves, even unto laying down our lives; rather, it is the so-called “special mission” and “special talent” of those who compel others to serve themselves, their church, and their altar to the point of death, in order to plunder all wealth and property and to use people as tools and slaves for the increase of their own selfish desires and power. The god of those led by the spirit of greed is none other than Satan, born of their own pride and obstinacy, and the demons conjured up by vain prayers that call forth greed.

God is the source of love, and Christ is the love of the cross who came to testify of the God who is the source of love. Therefore, any words, theories, ideologies, teachings, assertions, judgments, faith, hopes, desires, ideals, values, repentance, rebirth, gifts, prayers, doctrines, and inspirations that are not united with the love of the cross are all utterly meaningless; they are adversaries and enemies, and they are dead.
